Password Not Working
| Problem: The password is not working to let me into the Kship Account Area! Solution: IF your password is not working you can always ask to have it resent to you by clicking the link below the login form: Forgotten your password? Request a Password Reminder by clicking here. If you have the password resent to you make sure you type the password EXACTLY as it appears using the same case. One common problem is clients tend to copy/paste the password (from the email reminder) into the password field and when doing that sometimes a space is copied over therefore causing it not to work. If you copy and paste the password (from the email reminder) MAKE SURE you are NOT copying a space over. This is the MOST COMMON problem. |
