Since our system is fully automated it is very important that you keep your personal information such as: address, phone, email and credit card information up-to-date!

When our system sends notices whether they are receipts or important information it will email them to the email address in your account. This will inform that something may be wrong such as expired credit card which will help you avoid any late/reconnect fees if our system suspends your account.

From time to time we use our system to send out important emails regarding system updates or outages etc...
