| If your domain is not receiving email there are a few reasons this could happen:
These are the most common issues we see from our hosting clients. If your domain has hit its data limit emails will sit in our mail que until your account is either upgraded to another hosting plan allowing more room or you log into via your cPanel and remove data to bring your account below your plan limit. If your domain has expired you will need to renew it via the registrar you originally registered it with ie...Network Solutions, Godaddy, etc...This is something we cannot do for you unless you provide us with your login information to your domain registrar. You will need to create a support ticket through our system if you have any issues. |
